In order to recommend an investment strategy, we need to understand what matters to you. We need to know where you are in your life journey, how you got there, and where you’d like to end up.
So we start the financial advice process by asking some open-ended questions:
- What would keep you up at night worrying?
- Do you want to create and leave a legacy some day?
- What were your best and worst financial moves? What happened?
- What would an ideal weekend be?
- If you didn’t have to work any more, what would you do?
The answers to questions such as these can provide priceless insights for any financial advice we might offer.

We’re not here to push a prefabricated solution or a particular financial product. As financial advisers, we aim to build a solid plan, aligned with your values and based on tangible life goals. It’s a process that takes some time and effort, but as you know, nothing worthwhile was ever achieved with inadequate planning.
The initial consultation usually takes around two hours, and we don’t charge for this first session. It provides the groundwork for our research and financial planning process, so we can construct a personalised investment strategy.
Over time we’ll revisit that strategy and review your portfolio, to ensure it’s still relevant to your life goals and personal circumstances.
